Unboxing Culture
New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC)
Prudential Financial Impact Investment Group
2016 to Present
The NJPAC Cultural District will be a 7-acre mixed-use development that includes performing art space, galleries, retail, hotel, and over 1000 residential apartments. Part of the overall Waterfront Redevelopment Area, the NJPAC Cultural District aspires to improve east-west connections to the Passaic River, reopen historic city streets and strengthen north-south connections through Downtown. The rePLACE team officially parcelized the masterplan with the state of New Jersey, allowing for the successful transfer of land from the state to NJPAC.
