The Ex.0 offers a novel approach to affordable housing in our cities. It is an armature that can attached to existing building that have been mothballed above the ground level. The structure provides access and utilities to residential spaces that have been otherwise untapped due to suboptimal market conditions. By unlocking these spaces without disrupting the existing ground-level retail space, the Ex.0 provides inexpensive housing for buildings and neighborhoods in transition.
